Purchased this dress on 29th Jan, received tracking details on 31st Jan. I thought great, the dress will be here in no time. 1 week later and still no dress and the tracking details were not recognised on Royal Mail. I emailed them to be told that goddiva is a selling platform” and if the item I have bought is a brand I would need to take it up with them. They didn’t provide any details for the brand (Saint A) but advised they would get in touch with them on my behalf. Another week later and still no dress and no correspondence from goddiva. After a lengthy search on google, I came across a Facebook page for the brand that had a mobile number. I messaged the number and low and behold it was indeed the correct contact for Saint A! I asked if they could tell me when I would receive the dress and was told THE BRAND IS ON HOLIDAY!! What!? If that was the case, why was I allowed to purchase the dress and why was I not told there would be a delay on the item?! Give the “brand” their due, I did receive a message on her return with shipping details. The dress finally arrived on 26th February! Almost a month after ordering and I was so disappointed. The dress is super thin stretchy and see through. There is a poorly and incomplete stitched lining. This dress cost £135 but rather than return it I am cutting my losses. The dress looks beautiful on the website but nothing like it in real life so beware!
