1. Where do you deliver to?

At Goddiva, we want to share our phenomenal styles with the whole world, this is why we deliver to anywhere in the UK, Northern Ireland, Europe and most International destinations.

2. How much is UK delivery?

Below are the rates for our various delivery options;
Free UK Standard Deliveries for orders over £40
Standard Deliveries under £40 - £3
This service is provided for by DPD and Royal Mail, depending on where in the UK you are.

UK Next Day Delivery - £5.00

Delivery Time: Next Day when placed before 1pm Mon-Thurs.

Please note, we do not offer weekend deliveries. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered on a Wednesday.
For Friday delivery, we advise to place your order by 1pm the latest on a Thursday to avoid any disappointment.

We aim to deliver orders placed before 1pm

after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday and
if it is a Bank Holiday on Monday they will
be delivered on Wednesday.

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our items may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Goddiva Ltd reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.

All deliveries to USA and Canada are sent with Royal Mail International post (please select this option).
All other European & International deliveries are sent with Royal Mail International post.
Your tracking information should be sent to you via email and text, please check your emails for your tracking information. All European & International orders can be tracked by entering your tracking information on the Royal Mail Track & Trace.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

A) For Items that are in stock

Standard UK Delivery (Interlink)***

2-5 working days (delivered within the hours of 7am - 6pm)

UK Next Day Delivery (Interlink)***

Next Day Delivery – Delivered within the hours of 8am – 6pm when placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Sent via Interlink (DPD)
Please note, we do not offer a weekend delivery service, any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday.
Any orders placed on Bank Holiday Monday for next day delivery will be delivered on a Wednesday

***Please note, all orders must be signed for, please ensure that you or someone known by you is available to sign for the parcel. Should there be no one available to sign for your parcel, it will be returned to the depot. A calling card will be left with instructions on how to rearrange a re-delivery. If you require the parcel to be redelivered to an alternate address, a charge of £8 is applicable.
In addition, any amendments made on your delivery once your order is with the courier will delay the delivery of the parcel by at least 24 hours.
If the order is not collected or delivered within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to Goddiva and an additional fee of £8 will be charged for the returned consignment.

B) For Items that are due soon ( PRE-ORDER )

we'll be offering items that we haven't released yet on PRE-ORDER basis.

We aim to deliver pre-ordered products on the official launch date(as stated next to the respective products), provided that we have received and processed your payment although in some cases this may not be possible due to any unforseen situations.

Delivery charges may apply to all pre-orders unless otherwise stated.

UK Standard Delivery timelines ( within 5 working days) will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is available to dispatch.

If your order has mix of items that are IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER then, You will be sent those items that we have stock readily availabe and the 'pre-ordered' item will be sent soon as we have it in stock. You will not be charged for delivery twice.

Not all items that go out of stock will be available for PRE-ORDER.

5. Delivery Addresses & Signing For Parcels

A signature will be required to acknowledge that a delivery has been made. Please ensure, that your or someone known to you at your delivery address is available to sign for the delivery. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed or paid for the goods.

If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a calling card to advise that delivery was attempted along with details of how to rearrange the delivery or to collect from your local depot if you prefer. If you require the parcel to be delivered to an alternate address an £8 re-consignment fee is applicable.

If the order is not collected or delivered within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to Goddiva and an additional fee of £8 will be charged for the returned consignment.

Please provide a phone number and contactable email address in your account details so you can be contacted if necessary.

You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered (wrong item or damaged) and must highlight any issue within 2 working days upon receipt of delivery by sending us an email to our Customer Service team on

Please ensure your delivery address is correct as discrepancies will result in a delay with your parcel being delivered. Delays may occur if the courier cannot access your address i.e. door number missing or incorrect postcode/street name or for unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions. If left in the depot for up to 7 days, your order will be sent back to Goddiva and a refund will be issued.

Please note, we are unable to cancel an order once the order has been dispatched. Amending an address can result a delay in delivery of 24-48 hours.

We do recommend to all customers, if you are thinking of changing your delivery instructions; please try not to select leave in a safe place. If this is something you need to do, please try to leave your order with a neighbour. This prevents any orders going missing.
Please note, if delivery instructions are changed to leave in a safe place and the parcel does go missing, Goddiva Ltd are not responsible or liable for any loss in item(s).

6. What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery?

If your order hasn’t arrived, you’ve received the wrong item or you have any other issues regarding your order, do not fear, we are here to help. Please check the following;

I have not received my order confirmation;

Not to panic, please check your spam and junk folders. Sometimes our confirmation emails can slide into your spam and junk folders. If you have checked those folders and the email is not there, just send an email to us on with your order number and the email address you used to place the order and we will get one over to you.

Where is my item?

If you have received your order confirmation and your tracking information and your parcel has still not arrived, simply go to the website of the courier service used to deliver your parcel and enter your tracking number. If no results show, please contact us on

7. What if I need to change my delivery address?

If you need to amend the delivery address after the order has been placed, please contact our customer service team on within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel orders, in addition to that, if required to make amendments to the delivery address, this could delay the delivery by 24-48 hours.
Please note, our offices are open Monday – Friday 9.30 – 5pm, so any messages sent out of these hours will be replied to as soon as we get them.
