You may select one of the following two delivery methods at the final billing page:

Standard Delivery: (3-4 working days): £3.75
Next Day Delivery: £4.95. Available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays (UK Only)

• This applies to all stock items.
• If item has ‘pre-ordered’ status it will be despatched as soon as it arrives in stock.

Important Information For Next Day Deliveries

Before placing your order, please note:

• If you place your order before 2.00pm / Monday- Thursday, it will be dispatched the same day by Interlink Express, to arrive the following day between 8am-3pm.(exception to pre-order item(s))
• Orders placed after 2.00 pm / Thursday until 2pm/ Friday will be delivered the next working day.
• Orders placed after 2.00 pm/ Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
• Interlink Express cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-3pm window.
• Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB, BT, IM, JE, GY

After your order has been shipped

• If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please inform customer service.
• All deliveries must be signed for and any damages notified to us on the day of receipt.

If you are not available to receive the parcel driver will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery. Interlink Express will make 2 attempts to deliver the parcel. If second attempt is unsuccessful the parcel will be sent back to Goddiva. Customer will need to pay additional £9.00 to have the parcel re-delivered.
