Next Day Delivery: Available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays (UK Only)

• Next day delivery is £4.50.
• This is the only delivery option we currently offer.
• This applies to all stock items.

Important Information For Next Day Deliveries

Before placing your order, please note:

• If you place your order before 2.00pm / Monday- Thursday, it will be dispatched the same day by Interlink Express, to arrive the following day between 8am-3pm.(exception to pre-order item(s))
• Orders placed after 2.00 pm/ Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
• Interlink Express will send either an email notification or text message on the morning of delivery giving a one hour delivery window.
• Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB, BT, IM, JE, GY

After your order has been shipped

• If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please inform customer service as soon as possible.
• All deliveries must be signed for and any damages notified to us on the day of receipt.
  

If you are not available to receive the parcel the driver will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery. Interlink Express will make 2 attempts to deliver the parcel. If second attempt is unsuccessful the parcel will be sent back to Goddiva. You will need to pay additional £8.00 to have the parcel re-delivered.

• Standard delivery only - approximately 3-14 working days.
• The delivery cost is subject to weight.
  Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
• The cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the billing page once the delivery destination is confirmed. Please note most orders require a signature on receipt.
• Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
