Delivery Charges
We have a range of delivery services to choose from depending on the
items you order and also your address. We can deliver anywhere in the
UK, Northern Ireland and most international destinations. We currently
offer three delivery options:
Next Day Delivery, Standard Delivery and International Delivery.
Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once
the parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery Addresses and Information
A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery has been made for
Next Day Delivery , Standard Delivery and International
Delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery
at the address will be proof that you, or the person to whom the order
is addressed, has received the delivery. Someone must be available to
sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should
be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing
for the goods is not the person who has placed the order or paid for
the goods.
If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card
to advise that delivery has been attempted with details of how to
arrange a re-delivery or to collect from a local depot if you prefer.
You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered
(wrong item or damaged) and must highlight any issue within 2 working
days upon receipt of delivery by sending us an e-mail to our customer
services at Customer

**If the postcode or any part of the address is entered incorrectly,
delays or delivery failures may occur**
Shipping
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 per order (min weight 370g) on
all orders to all mainland UK addresses.
Areas outside the UK will be charged at a different
cost. Please see delivery table below for further details.
Stock items are normally dispatched within 2-3 days after order has
been placed. However certain items might have a longer
dispatch time, which is always stated in a product description.
Interlink Express, Royal Mail and FedEx will deliver goods on behalf of
Goddiva Ltd
UK Mainland - Standard Delivery:
All Standard Delivery items are sent with Royal Mail Post.
Deliveries will be made within 3 - 4 working days after you place the
order (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). In this instance
please expect your delivery on the next working day. The cost for UK
standard delivery is £3.95 and depending on size and weight.
Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please
wait the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive. We
will advise you on e-mail if your order is being dispatched via Royal
mail. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am
and 4pm.Should there be no one available to take delivery of your
parcel, Royal
Mail will leave a card telling you that your parcel has been taken to
your local Post Office and will be held there for 7 days for you to
collect or to arrange for redelivery.

UK Next Day Delivery
All Next Day Delivery items are sent with Interlink Express.
Interlink Express promise to deliver items within their 8am to 3pm
delivery window. All items must be signed for, please ensure that you
or someone known by you is available to sign for the parcel. Should
there be no one available to sign for your parcel, Interlink try to
deliver with a neighbour or leave it in a safe place. You will be left
a Calling Card advising you where your parcel has been left or if it
has been taken back to their depot for you to arrange for re-delivery.
If this is not collected within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to
Goddiva and an additional delivery charge of £9.00 will be charged to
have the item re-delivered.

We aim to deliver all mainland UK next day delivery
orders placed before 2:00pm on the next working day. Any orders placed
after 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday and if it is a
Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered on Wednesday

NORTHERN IRELAND
|
Deliveries to Northern Ireland will take longer to
arrive. We aim to deliver Northern Ireland next day delivery orders
placed before 2pm within 2 working days. Any orders placed after 2pm on
a Friday will be delivered on a Wednesday and if it is a Bank Holiday
Monday will be delivered on Thursday.

International Delivery
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions
applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our
items may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside
the UK. Goddiva Ltd reserves the right to define what can and cannot be
delivered to which destination.
All deliveries to USA and Canada are sent with FedEx. All other
international deliveries are sent with Royal Mail International post.

How long will it take to arrive?
When you place an order, we’ll estimate dispatch and delivery dates for
you based on the availability of your items and delivery options you
choose. After placing your order, you’ll be able to find
dispatch and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail
and in the order summary.
Problem with a Delivery?
If your order hasn’t arrived, you have received the wrong item or you
have got other problems with your delivery, please check the following:

If you recently placed an order and you’re wondering why you haven’t
received it yet, you should first check whether we’ve dispatched it to

Note: If you can’t find the order in Your Account, it may be that you
didn’t place the order. Click “View Basket” at the top of any
page and see if the items you wanted to order are still
there. If they are, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button and
place your order. If you can’t find the order in Your Account
or in your shopping basket, please check whether you have
ordered using a different e-mail
address, or the same e-mail address with a different password.
