Can’t get return label

I tried to cancel an order and they sent anyway!
Now trying to send back, too small. Cannot get a return label to get refunded! Most frustrating company to work with. Very disappointed!
Sizes are smaller than usual.

Beautiful dress & very well made. Fit is perfect but be sure to know that UK sizing is different than Canada so measure properly & use their size chart to ensure proper fit
